UBL speaks of GWOT as financial assault on US

The Halliburton part is BS, probably intended to aid the Kerry campaign although they didn't take the bait, but this emphasis on economic impacts is something I have long expected. If they chose targets economically rather than for bloodlust, they really could do a lot of damage for very little money. I will not, however, explain how I think that could be done.
