Another lawyer causing a ruckus amidst Florida voting

local6.com - News - Journalist Arrested After Photographing Voting Lines:
"[James S.] Henry, who is also an attorney and the managing director of strategy consulting firm Sag Harbor Group, is working on a book about 'electoral democracy,' according to his Web site.
"He was being held on $500 bond."

Mr. Henry, wearing his free lance journalist hat according to this story, refused a deputy sheriff's order to stop bothering voters waiting in line in Palm Beach County and then resisted arrest by running away. He ought to stick to practicing law, he doesn't seem to be very good at law breaking.
