Jihad launched against IAEA non-proliferation efforts

WorldNetDaily: Iran threatens 'Top Secret' counter-attacks:
"The official IRNA news agency said the group, known by the acronym ODINI, issued a communiqu last week stating it would take action if economic sanctions were imposed on Iran for its failure to abide by international nuclear controls."

The government of Iran, amidst the usual rhetorical flourishes, announces a new "private" organization to defend its national interests which promises jihad, complete with bloody attacks on civilians, against other countries which participate in economic sanctions against Iran. Since economic sanctions are the principal method of enforcement against recalcitrant proliferators, and since Iran continues to signal that it has no long-term intention to abide by IAEA rules, this seems to expose the EU-led negotiations with Teheran as another Munich.
